I began my Mary Kay business for some extra spending money. While I loved being a stay-at-home mom with a 1-year-old and one on the way, I missed having my own source of income. Thankfully, by the time I became a single mom a few years later, I was a Director and driving for FREE! My greatest honor came in 2005 when I received the Danforth Area Miss Go-Give Award.
Mary Kay enabled my children and I to stay in our home and for them to continue attending their private schools. I didn’t have to put them in daycare. Both of my children were athletes, and I loved attending their games and being able to drive them to and from practices. I will always treasure the family dinners we had together on most nights.
Prior to Mary Kay, I held the positions of Marketing Analyst for Estee Lauder International, Director of Marketing Services for Revlon Domestic, and North American Duty Free Marketing Manager for Elizabeth Arden. I use my extensive experience and expertise to help women look their best and build businesses and lives they love.
It is my mission to help families find financial security and independence, eliminating the need to worry about money, empowering women to create lives they love while taking an active role in raising emotionally healthy, independent children who contribute to others.
I am so grateful to Mary Kay Ash for starting a company whose guiding principles are (1) living and working by the Golden Rule and (2) putting God first, Family second, and Career third.
